4:30pm Meet & Greet- horsd'oeuvres served in main room

5:30pm Dinner Pre-ordered food delivered
7-8pm Gentle yoga + Nidra followed by discussion

Saturday~
8-9am Practice- All levels
 
9:30am Breakfast
11am Stretch & Hike (Eva)
12:30pm Lake lunch
3-4:30pm Specialty Workshop
5-7pm Dinner (see menu below)
7-8pm Gentle Practice
8:30pm Martini Night

Sunday
9:15-9:45am Lite Breakfast  (muffins & fresh squeezed OJ)
10:-11am Practice
11:15am Brunch
12-1pm Discussion & Closing

Saturday Evening Meal~
